Can the Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) handle 10 bar and operate reliably from -20°C to +60°C with filtered compressed air (oiled or un-oiled)?

Yes. The Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) is specified for a working pressure of 10 bar and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. It is designed for use with filtered compressed air, both oiled and un-oiled. Therefore, when installed and used according to manufacturer instructions (threaded inlet with O-ring and plug outlet to the actuator), it can handle 10 bar and operate reliably within the stated temperature range with filtered compressed air (oiled or un-oiled).

Is the Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) suitable for unidirectional flow control with an O-ring inlet and plug outlet at 10 bar?

Yes. The Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) is suitable for unidirectional flow control with an O-ring inlet and plug outlet at 10 bar. The RFL L type U throttling and check valve description specifies regulation of air flow in one direction, a working pressure of 10 bar, compatible connections (threaded O-ring inlet and plug outlet to actuator), and operation with filtered compressed air (oiled or un-oiled) between â20°C and +60°C. Ensure compatibility with your actuator fittings and that the compressed air is properly filtered.

Does the Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) require specific maintenance for oil-lubricated vs. non-lubricated compressed air?

Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) is specified for use with filtered compressed air, oiled or un-oiled, working up to 10 bar and -20°C to +60°C. Because both lubricated and non-lubricated air are permitted, no different structural version is required; however, some practical maintenance considerations apply: - For oil-lubricated air: periodic inspection for oil deposits is recommended. Light oiling can reduce wear and keep seals pliable, but excessive oil or varnish buildup can attract dust in filtered systems and impair moving parts or change flow characteristics. Clean visible oil deposits and check O-ring condition; replace O-rings if swollen or degraded. - For non-lubricated air: ensure adequate filtration and dryness. Without lubrication, wear on sliding parts and seals can be slightly higher over long service; monitor for increased leakage or stiction and replace seals as needed. - General routine maintenance (both media): inspect for leaks at the threaded inlet O-ring and outlet plug connection, verify cleanliness of ports and passages, check actuator operation and return function, and replace worn O-rings or seals. Follow system filtration and condensation management to prevent particulate or water ingress. In short: Pneumatic throttle-return valve RFL L U actuator version (thread - hose) does not require a different maintenance regime by design for oiled vs. un-oiled air, but regular inspections and seal checks should be performed, with attention to oil deposits when lubrication is used and to filtration/condensate control when air is un-lubricated.
