Does the LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series, require a specific oil type or viscosity for optimal dosing stability?

The LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series does not specify a single mandatory oil brand or exact viscosity in the provided description; however, for optimal dosing stability and proper formation of oil mist you should use a pneumatic lubricating oil suited for compressed-air lubrication within the stated operating conditions (supply pressure up to 18 bar, temperature up to +50°C). Choose a clean, low-foaming, anti-oxidant-stabilized mineral or synthetic compressor oil with viscosity appropriate for your ambient and operating temperature (typically ISO VG 32â100 range is recommended for many pneumatic lubricators). Avoid oils with high viscosity, excessive detergents or additives that promote foaming or residue, as these can impair consistent dosing. Also confirm compatibility with seals and downstream equipment and follow any additional manufacturer guidance or OEM recommendations for specific applications to maintain the LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL seriesâ high dosing stability.

Can the LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series, maintain dosing stability at supply pressures up to 18 bar?

Yes. The LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series, is specified for supply pressures up to 18 bar and is described as being characterized by high dosing stability, so it can maintain stable oil-mist dosing across the stated pressure range (with operating temperatures up to +50°C).

How often should the LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series, be inspected or serviced to ensure dosing stability?

For the LUB compressed air lubricator, NEW DEAL series, inspect and service at these intervals to ensure dosing stability: - Weekly: Visual check of oil level, external leaks and correct operation of downstream devices. - Monthly: Verify oil feed rate/droplet size and adjust dosing if needed; check supply pressure is within operating range (up to 18 bar) and confirm system temperature does not exceed +50°C. - Every 3â6 months: Clean or replace inlet filters and strainers, inspect internal passages for contamination, and test stable dosing under normal load. - Annually: Full service. disassemble, clean internal components, replace wear parts or seals, and perform performance validation across the expected pressure and temperature range. Adjust frequency upward when operating near limits (frequent pressure spikes, near +50°C, high contamination, or critical applications). Keep logs of inspections and any adjustments to maintain consistent dosing stability.
